Any grievance concerning non-receipt of a research report, missing pages or an inability to download a report, or any other deficiency in our research services, should be raised with the designated person below. We will resolve your grievance within 7 business working days.

Step 2 — SEBI SCORES
If you are not satisfied with our response, lodge a complaint on SEBI's SCORES platform at https://scores.sebi.gov.in. Complaints against a Research Analyst receive a two-level review: a first review by the designated body (RAASB, i.e. BSE Limited) and a second review by SEBI.
Step 3 — Smart ODR
If you remain dissatisfied, you may initiate online conciliation or arbitration through the Smart ODR platform at https://smartodr.in.
