Fees, Cancellation & Refunds

1. Our fee

SWIP Membership is ₹5,000 per quarter (₹20,000 per annum), plus applicable statutory charges (GST and any other applicable levies). Billing is once every three months. There is no auto-renewal — nothing is charged without an action by you.

2. The SEBI fee limit

The maximum fee chargeable by a Research Analyst to an individual or HUF client is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of client, across all research services of the Research Analyst. This limit excludes statutory charges. The limit does not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors. At ₹20,000 per annum, SWIP sits well within it.

3. Advance fees

Fees may be charged in advance where agreed by you. Such advance shall not exceed the period stipulated by SEBI — presently one year. SWIP is billed one quarter at a time, so in practice you are never asked for more than three months in advance.

4. Modes of payment

Cheque, online bank transfer, UPI or other specified electronic modes. Cash payment is not allowed. Optionally, you may make payment through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited, the recognised Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB).

Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator. We never store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. Cancellation and pro-rata refund

You may terminate your SWIP membership at any time. If research services are terminated pre-maturely, by you or by us, you are entitled to a refund of proportionate fees for the unexpired period of your subscription. We will not charge any breakage fee.

This is your right under SEBI's Guidelines for Research Analysts. It is not a discretionary concession and we cannot contract out of it.

6. Refund on suspension or cancellation of our registration

If our certificate of registration as a Research Analyst is suspended for more than sixty (60) days, or is cancelled, we will refund fees on a pro-rata basis for the period from the effective date of such suspension or cancellation to the end of your subscription period.

7. What a refund is not

A refund reflects services not yet rendered. It is not compensation for investment losses. Our recommendations carry no assurance of returns, and there is no recourse to claim losses incurred on investments made on the basis of our research — see our Risk Disclosure and Terms & Conditions.

8. The free trial

SWIP offers a free 7-day trial with dashboard access before any payment is required, and we recommend using it to evaluate the service. The trial requires no card and converts to nothing automatically. The trial is in addition to, and never a substitute for, the refund rights set out above.
