1. Information We Collect

We collect the personally identifiable information necessary to provide SWIP's services: your full name, email address, and mobile number; your KYC status and a reference ID from our identity-verification partner (we never store raw identity documents ourselves); and your payment status and a reference ID from our payment processor (we never store your card, UPI, or bank account details — those are handled entirely by Cashfree).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the SWIP service you've subscribed to: authenticating your login, verifying your identity for compliance purposes, processing your membership payment, and sending you research recommendations, account, and service-related communications (email and, where you've opted in, WhatsApp/SMS). We do not sell, rent, exchange, or transfer your information to any third party for their own marketing purposes, and we do not spam you.

3. Third-Party Processors

SWIP uses the following third-party processors, each receiving only what's necessary for their function: Cashfree Payments (a licensed payment aggregator) for processing your membership payment; Meon for identity verification (KYC); and the Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform for optional service messaging, if you've opted in.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction information for as long as your account is active, and thereafter for as long as required to meet our record-keeping obligations as a SEBI Registered Research Analyst, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 7 below.

6. Security

We safeguard your non-public personal information through physical, electronic, and procedural measures, and restrict access to client data to employees directly involved in providing our services. Payment information is never handled or stored by us directly — it is processed entirely within Cashfree's secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.
